Key Responsibilities:
As an HR Admin/Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the human resources department by performing various administrative tasks. This position offers an exciting opportunity for someone eager to learn and grow in the HR field. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, have strong communication skills, and demonstrate a proactive approach to handling HR-related responsibilities.


  1. Administrative Support:
    • Assist in the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including filing, data entry, and document management.
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews, meetings, and training sessions.
  2. Support on Employee Onboarding:
    • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork completion and orientation.
    • Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
  3. Benefits Administration:
    • Assist in administering employee benefits programs.
    • Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits and escalate issues as needed.
  4. Recruitment Support:
    • Post job openings on various platforms and assist with initial candidate screening.
    • Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
  5. HR Compliance:
    • Assist in maintaining compliance with federal and state regulations.
    • Stay informed about changes in employment laws and HR best practices.


Key Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Experienced in an administrative or HR support role is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Positive, self-motivated, and enthusiastic attitude with a strong sense of accountability.
