As we continue to grow and expand our operations, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager with a background in the telecommunications industry to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating telecommunications projects from initiation to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet or exceed quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management within the telecommunications sector, possess strong leadership skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Project Planning and Execution:
- Responsible for all new customer implementation projects, handles communications, prepares, and executes Project Kick-off with customers & internal team.
- Adherence to project timeline (total number of assigned projects / closed projects)
- Telecommunications Expertise:
- Leverage in-depth knowledge of telecommunications industry standards and practices.
- Perform basic customer training on ULAP Solutions
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Risk Management:
- Provide and monitor clear project plans and timelines to customers identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Budget and Resource Management:
- Monitor project budgets and resource allocation, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in project management within the telecommunications industry.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of telecommunications technologies, networks, and infrastructure.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Positive, self-motivated, and enthusiastic attitude with a strong sense of ownership.
