- Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team in preparing and submitting proposals, contracts, and sales presentations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Client Communication:
- Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing necessary information.
- Follow up with clients to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
- Order Processing:
- Manage the order processing workflow, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with logistics and inventory teams to meet customer delivery expectations.
- Sales Reporting:
- Generate and analyze sales reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide regular updates to the sales team and management.
- Administrative Support:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, contracts, and customer interactions.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments for the sales team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales coordination or a similar administrative role.
- Knowledge of the telecommunications industry is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Motivated individual with a passion for telecommunications sales coordination
