Key Responsibilities:
As a Telecommunication Sales Coordinator, you will be a crucial link between our sales team and clients, providing essential support to ensure the smooth execution of sales activities.   1. Sales Support:
    • Assist the sales team in preparing and submitting proposals, contracts, and sales presentations.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  2. Client Communication:
    • Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing necessary information.
    • Follow up with clients to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
  3. Order Processing:
    • Manage the order processing workflow, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
    • Collaborate with logistics and inventory teams to meet customer delivery expectations.
  4. Sales Reporting:
    • Generate and analyze sales reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
    • Provide regular updates to the sales team and management.
  5. Administrative Support:
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, contracts, and customer interactions.
    • Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments for the sales team.


Key Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales coordination or a similar administrative role.
  • Knowledge of the telecommunications industry is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Motivated individual with a passion for telecommunications sales coordination
