About the job
ULAP Networks’ personal driver ensures safe and timely transportation for the employer, schedule and manage routes as well as maintain company vehicles. Good communication skills, professionalism, and flexibility required. Join our growing team, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
As a Personal Driver, you will play a crucial role in providing safe transportation of the employer, plan the routes to optimize travel time, keep up with regular maintenance of the company vehicle to ensure reliability, be able to show professionalism, ensure confidentiality, be flexible to accommodate changing schedules and have clear communication with the employer to address any transportation needs or concerns promptly.
- Safe Transportation:
- Ensure safe and secure transportation of the employer and family members or guests to various destinations.
- Route Planning:
- Familiarizing oneself with routes, traffic patterns, and alternate routes to allow you to choose the most efficient and time-saving routes.
- Provide clear and timely communication with the employer regarding pick-up and drop-off times, changes in schedule, or any issues related to transportation.
- Vehicle Maintenance:
- Regularly inspect and maintain the vehicle to ensure it is in optimal condition for safe operation, including cleaning, fueling, and schedule maintenance checks.
- Professionalism:
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality always, to respect the employer’s privacy.
- Flexibility
- Be flexible with work hours and be able to accommodate changes in the schedule or last-minute requests from the employer.
Key Skills:
- Skilled and reliable Personal Driver. Must have clean record, professionalism, and commitment.
- Previous profession as a driver is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills.
