ULAP Networks started in 2017 to solve a growing global challenge: helping enterprises move communications securely and compliantly across different countries, networks, and regulations. What started as a small vision, grew into a trusted global communications infrastructure platform built for complex cross-border operations.

Today, ULAP Networks operates across more than 130 countries, supporting some of the world’s largest enterprises, including Fortune 500 companies. Backed by deep expertise in compliance, security, and global communications, ULAP Networks continues to simplify how businesses connect and grow across borders.

ULAP Networks Throughout the Years

  • 2017

    ULAP Networks was founded as UCAAS Inc., building secure cloud-based communications solutions for enterprises.

  • 2018–2021

    ULAP Networks secured Fujitsu Philippines as its first anchor client and expanded its services into SD-WAN and SBC solutions. The company was officially renamed ULAP Networks and formed strategic partnerships to strengthen its cloud and communications infrastructure capabilities.

  • 2022

    ULAP Networks partnered with global platforms including Zoom and NICE, strengthening its position in secure and compliant cloud communications across the region.

  • 2023

    ULAP Networks expanded its licensed footprint across Asia-Pacific with telecommunications licenses in Brunei and Japan, while also joining the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) as a sector member.

  • 2024

    ULAP Networks launched its own AI-free cloud PBX platform and committed support to the ITU’s Partner2Connect initiative, reinforcing its focus on secure and inclusive communications infrastructure.

  • 2025

    ULAP Networks continued expanding globally as an infrastructure provider for 8×8 and achieved ISO 27001 certification, strengthening its enterprise-grade security and operational standards.
