Accessibility Statement
ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT
ULAP Networks is committed to building digital experiences that are accessible to everyone, regardless of ability, device, or circumstance.
Accessibility is not an obligation we fulfill after the fact. It is a principle embedded in how we design, build, and maintain our platforms from the start.
OUR COMMITMENT
Accessibility by Design
At ULAP Networks, we simplify systems that remove friction from global communications. That same clarity of purpose extends to the people who interact with our platforms. We believe every user, regardless of how they navigate the web, deserves a seamless, dignified experience.
Accessibility is integrated into our product development process, not appended to it. Our design, engineering, and content teams operate with the expectation that digital accessibility requirements are considered from the earliest stage of any build or update. This applies to ulap.com and all ULAP-operated digital properties.
We work towards the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 as our technical reference standard, guided by the principles of perceivability, operability, understandability, and robustness. We also align our digital platforms with the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), including obligations under Title II and Title III as interpreted by the U.S. Department of Justice and applicable federal case law.
GUIDING FRAMEWORKS
The Standards That Shape Our Work
WCAG 2.1
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 as the technical framework for our accessibility work, covering how content is perceived, operated, understood, and rendered by assistive technologies.
Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)
We align our digital platforms with ADA Title II and Title III obligations, ensuring our online services do not create barriers for individuals with disabilities, consistent with current DOJ guidance and federal interpretation.
Assistive Technology Compatibility
Our platforms are built with WAI-ARIA roles, semantic HTML, and structured navigation to support screen readers, magnification tools, voice input, and other assistive technologies.
Continuous Improvement
Accessibility is an ongoing program, not a project. We conduct periodic reviews, respond to user feedback, and incorporate accessibility criteria into every product release cycle.
OUR APPROACH
Equal Access for Every User
ULAP Networks recognizes that the ADA applies to digital platforms and online services. We are committed to ensuring that our websites, portals, and digital tools do not create barriers for individuals with disabilities. This commitment is grounded in the following principles:
